Methodology
This calculator uses conservative multipliers based on industry benchmarks from Gartner, Forrester, and BDC's client engagements. Compliance efficiency is modeled as a percentage of governance labor cost recovered through TEMPO automation. Shadow AI risk is calculated per ungoverned tool using average incident cost data. Data quality improvement uses the standard 15-25% reduction benchmark for governed environments.
